Repair and Refurbishment

Due to the high cost of replacement parts, ARM has the ability to remove the old existing rubber, ceramic, or sprayed coating to the bare metal. This is achieved in our state-of-the-art Steelman burn oven. Products that can fit into a 10' x 10' x 22' envelope can have the old metal protection removed at a minimal cost. Items that are too large can have the existing protection removed by other means.

Parts can then be refurbished to new standards or patched. This realizes a substantial cost savings to the end user and prolongs the life of the part itself. After review of the wear areas, consideration can be made as to the type of protection required and adjustments made to the part as needed.

Our Process

1. Assessment: Review the part and identify wear areas and damage
2. Removal: Remove old rubber, ceramic, or coating using our Steelman burn oven or other methods
3. Repair: Refurbish or patch the part to restore it to working condition
4. Protection: Apply appropriate new lining or coating based on application requirements
5. Quality Control: Test and verify the repaired part meets specifications
